Order Cancellation and Return Policy
At BeaknTeeth, we aim to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. Kindly review our order cancellation and return policy for clarity on procedures:
No order can be canceled at the doorstep. Customers wishing to cancel an order must inform customer support before the scheduled delivery date.
Opened dry food bags, unsealed accessories, or items cannot be returned.
Wrong Item Ordered:
Customers mistakenly placing an order for the wrong item may be subject to replacement charges.
Delivery is FREE for LHR/RWP/ISB. However, if a delivery route falls outside our jurisdiction, delivery charges will apply. These charges cannot be amended or removed at the doorstep.
Order Placement and Delivery:
Orders placed after office hours will have their delivery time commence from the next working day.
If a customer receives a damaged item, it should be returned to the rider immediately. No replacement will be made if the customer informs us after receiving the parcel.
Customers wishing to exchange a sealed bag of litter or dry food must notify us within 7 days of receiving the parcel.
Pet Food Suitability:
If a customer purchases new food that doesn’t suit their pet or the pet dislikes the food, it won’t be replaced. Customers are encouraged to research thoroughly before switching to new food.
Items or food disliked by a pet for any reason won’t be returned, replaced, or refunded.
Due to random consignments, color selection is not provided. Customers mentioning a “desired color” in the notes section will be prioritized, but availability is not guaranteed.
Electronic, fabric, liquid, and plastic items are considered irreplaceable.
Backordered products are items that take time to be arranged. Customers are advised to confirm availability via a call before making online payments.
